Grilled Salmon
February 11th, 2009With the lazy days of summer long forgotten, and the barbeque since been covered and stored for winter, let’s not forget about the beautiful salmon fillets that were so carefully vacuumed sealed and put in the deep freeze for a springtime barbeque. Well there’s plenty of great weather in the months ahead, so lets roll out the barbeque and bust out one of your prime salmon fillets and prepare a feast of grilled salmon, try it out I guarantee you wont be disappointed.
Ingredients;
1 – salmon fillet, (sockeye or Chinook are my favorites).
2 - Tablespoons Keens dried mustard powder.
½ - cup of brown sugar
¼ - cup of butter.
Salt and pepper
Step1:
Melt butter and drizzle over fillet, sprinkle mustard powder, brown sugar and salt/pepper

Step2:
Heat barbeque to 350 Deg. F., Place on Barbeque skin side down and cook for approx. 20min. The brown sugar will turn into a nice glaze.
